They can't even refund money? What a horrible company. Really? I finally said I was just going to throw them away because I didn't want to get the same crap again.
Once I sent that, then they emailed back and asked if I was sure that was my address. THEN they asked to ensure they had the correct mailing address. However, instead of reading their notes, if they even took any, or scrolling through the email, they kept asking for the same thing over and over. In the meantime, I bought pillows elsewhere that are excellent! CosyHouse wanted me to take pictures of the tags and I mean the tags that every piece of merchandise out there has. After MONTHS of emailing, they kept coming up with new excuses to delay this. Laying on some cotton balls would have had the same effect. I've been emailing back and forth for months because the pillows I received were crap.
